The Olfie App
Details
Just want the app? You don't need the book. The Olfie app is where you keep her plan on your phone: her profile, her care plan, and the people you'd trust with her.
- Her profile: photo, details, vet, food and medication, in one place
- Her care plan: eleven short sections, starting with how you found each other
- Guardians and handover: name who'd take her, and the person after them, and send them an invite so they can see it before anything happens
- Share with a sitter: one link with everything they need, which you can switch off when they're done
- A yearly nudge to check it's all still true
The paper holds the love. The app holds the facts. Medication changes. Vets move. Guardians move interstate. The app keeps up.
How it works
This is one year's membership. When you order, we'll email your invite to the address you check out with. Want the book too? The Olfie Book with the app is $10 more than the book alone.
Any legally binding arrangements may need proper legal documents alongside the book or app.
How you get it
Nothing to post. When you order, we'll email your invite to the address you check out with, and your year starts when you join. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

WHAT IT DOES
Medication changes. Vets move. Guardians move interstate.
The app carries the parts that go stale, and keeps them in the hands of the people who'd need them. One nudge a year to check it's all still true.
Her profile
Photo, details, vet, food and medication, in one place.
Her care plan
The things only you know, written down at last.
Guardians and handover
Who takes her, the person after them, and an invite so they can see it.
Share with a sitter
One link with everything they need. Switch it off when they're done.
WHO WROTE IT
Written by a lawyer who is completely unreasonable about her dog.
I'm Mea. A lawyer who is also, unreasonably, a dog person.
Pet succession planning is a real discipline. It's what good estate lawyers do for people: who takes responsibility, what they need to know, and how it actually gets handed over.
Almost nobody had ever done it properly for animals, and the few attempts were photocopied forms. So Olfie is that discipline, done the way you'd actually want it done for a dog you love.
Any legally binding arrangements may need proper legal documents alongside the book or app.
Questions people ask.
Do I need the book?
No. The app works on its own. If you'd like both, the Olfie Book with the app is $10 more than the book alone.
What does $79 cover?
One year's membership of the Olfie app, for you and her.
Is it a legal document?
No. It's everything her guardian needs to know. Any legally binding arrangements may need proper legal documents alongside the book or app.
Can her guardian see it?
Yes. You send them an invite link from the app, so they have it before anything happens. Olfie never contacts them for you.
Dogs only?
No. Dogs, cats, and something else. The app asks what kind.
