Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia, including rural and remote addresses. Shipping is worked out at checkout. Shipping and returns.
When will my Book or Kit arrive?
Each one is made to order, so there's no stock sitting in a warehouse. We'll email your dispatch date once you've ordered. We won't guess at a date here.
Can I send it back?
Yes. Send the Book or Kit back unused and unwritten-in within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price. Return postage is yours. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll fix it at our cost. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
How does the app work?
When you buy the app, or add it to the Book or Kit for $10, we email an invite to the address you check out with, once your order's confirmed. Join, add her, and your year starts. It's a one-off payment for a year and it doesn't renew automatically.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. It's made to order, so allow for that and we'll email the dispatch date. For the Kit, we email the buyer to check her name and the two numbers before anything's engraved, so have those handy. App invites go to the checkout email address, so if the app is for someone else, email us and we'll send their invite to them.
Can I buy the Life Test, Tracker or Protocol?
Not yet. They're still in development, so nothing in Longevity can be ordered. Join the list on each page and you'll hear first. It's free and commits you to nothing.
What happens to her details?
Olfie is a brand of MERRI, in Australia, and we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). What you write in the Book stays on your shelf. Our privacy page has the detail.
Where's my order?
Sign in with the account link at the top of the page to see your orders, or reply to your order confirmation email and we'll tell you where it's up to.
I bought the app. Where's my invite?
We email it to the address you checked out with, once your order's confirmed. Check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
