Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Olfie, a brand of MERRI, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What's for sale

The Olfie Book and the Olfie Kit are the only things on sale. The Life Protocol, the Life Test and the Life Tracker are shown on this site but aren't for sale yet, and can't be ordered.

Made to order and engraving

The Book and the Kit are made to order. Each product page shows the current dispatch timing, and if something's going to be late we'll email you before the date. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. The Kit's tag is engraved only after you've confirmed the spelling.

What you send us

You confirm you have the right to send us anything you give us for your order, such as a name for engraving. We use it only to make and deliver your order, as set out in our privacy policy.

Health and longevity products

Olfie isn't a veterinary practice and doesn't give veterinary advice. Longevity products shown on this site aren't yet for sale. When they are, they won't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they won't predict how long any individual dog will live. Talk to your vet about your dog's health.
